JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a driven and dynamic Regional Sales Manager (North) to lead, support, and develop our northern sales operation. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader to influence sales performance, drive growth, and help shape the future direction of the business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of field-based sales professionals, improving regional performance, supporting recruitment and development, and ensuring the Humfree Way is delivered consistently across the customer journey.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans across the northern region
  • Lead, motivate, and support a team of field sales representatives
  • Drive revenue growth and improve regional performance
  • Monitor conversion rates, product mix, KPIs, and customer engagement
  • Support coaching, mentoring, and field development
  • Recruit and onboard new team members where required
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and sales opportunities
  • Work closely with the wider management team to improve processes and performance
  • Ensure company standards, ethics, and customer experience remain at the highest level
  • Support the implementation of new initiatives, sales processes, and performance strategies
  • Attend regional meetings, events, and field visits as required

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

✓ Proven experience within a sales leadership or management role
✓ Strong motivational and coaching ability
✓ Demonstrable success driving sales performance and team growth
✓ Excellent communication and leadership skills
✓ Commercial awareness and performance mindset
✓ Strong organisation and problem-solving ability
✓ Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms
✓ Ability to analyse sales data and performance trends
✓ Full UK driving licence essential

Experience within direct sales, mobility, or home demonstration environments would be highly advantageous but not essential for the right person.
