About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Mobility Solutions Advisor to join our team. You’ll help customers find the right mobility products, from scooters to wheelchairs, and support them through the whole journey from first enquiry to handover and aftercare.What you’ll do
- Meet customers in showrooms and at home to understand their mobility needs.
- Recommend products that fit their lifestyle, budget and clinical requirements.
- Process orders, coordinate deliveries and handovers, and complete paperwork.
- Build relationships with local health and care professionals and referral partners.
- Keep up to date with product training and our range so you can give accurate advice.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in a customer-facing role (retail, care, healthcare or similar).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical details simply.
- Good IT skills and attention to detail for admin and compliance.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the region.
- Empathy and patience when supporting people with mobility challenges.
